The process

From the tipping floor to the pallet.

  1. Receive

    Waste arrives

    Municipal solid waste comes into a plant built next to an existing waste facility, with recyclables recovered first.

  2. Transform

    Zyleno material

    Our patent-pending process turns the remaining waste into a sanitized, inert granular material.

  3. Build

    Masonry units

    Zyleno material is formed and cured into standard concrete masonry units.
